    Description

    US Military Issue M-1951 Fishtail Parka Wolf Ruff Hood and Liner.
    Genuine US Military issue. Parka in very good shape with no hole, rips or tears. All snaps and zippers work great and draw cords are in good shape. Hood and word fur also in very good shape. The liner is a newer version, but should be just as warm without the extra weight. There is a minor wear spot near the neck, which is shown in one photo. The parka is a large sized parka, but I could not find the size stamped inside anywhere. Pockets are wool and are also in very nice shape.
    This is the 1951 era fishtail parka with the attached hood and epaulettes on the shoulders. It’s more of a sateen cloth and a bit heavier than the newer fishtail parkas without the attached hood.
    Measurements:
    Shoulder to shoulder seam = 24 inches
    Shoulder seam to cuff = 26 inches
    Armpit seam to armpit seam = 30 inch (60 inch chest)
