Up for auction here is a
Sony Stereo Turntable System Fully Automatic / Direct Drive Model PS-X70 with
adapter
for
the 45 rpm records (located at the top left hand corner).
Item appears to be in good cosmetic condition with some signs of use such as scuffs, scrapes and scratchers on the dust cover.
We did plug in this unit and it did power on as you can see in the photos.   The arm does seem to move as it should. however, it may need to be adjusted

It was from a private e
state sale and was said to be working when placed in storage.   We have not tested this unit any further then plugging it in and powering it on as you can see in the photos.  Please ask question before bidding and please view all the photos

We have not done any testing beyond what is specifically mentioned above.
There are a few reasons for this, but it essentially it comes down to the fact that they almost always need some level of service whether it is a cleaning or just a fine tuning. It may or may not need components replaced (caps, resistors, tubes, etc), controls cleaned/lubricated, alignment, and so on. Again, this unit is being sold 100% as-is. **
SHIPPING NOTE:
Your item will ship once payment has cleared our bank. It may take up to 5 or more days depending on the day and time that the listing ends and payment made.  All invoices will include insurance and tracking costs to insure the item is and will be fully covered in case damaged or lost during shipping.
NOTE:
If an item arrives damaged please let us know as soon as possible so that we can place a claim with the shipping company. Do not send it back until the package has been inspected by the shipper company, otherwise the claim will automatically be denied by the shipping company no matter which company is used for shipping ( UPS, USPS FedEx etc.) They all require the original packaging material and box for them to inspect and has to be at the ship to location  (destination).
