    Rare Mid Century George Nelson Design Rek-O-Kut K-33H Working Stereo Turntable!
    Designed by George Nelson "The Grandfather of Mid Century Modern Design"! George Nelson designed this turntable for Rek-O-Kut. The Turntable is exactly how you would buy it when purchasing new! Not sure if the Plinth is original but it's nice and easy to paint any color you'd like. Back in the 50s when you purchased these new, you would purchase the turntable only and you'd have to add your own tonearm and that's how this turntable is being offered. You will have to find and purchase a tonearm separately and elsewhere and add it to this system to complete and to use as intended. I've seen Empire tonearms mostly used from my research but you might be able to use other tonearms as well. You will have to do your own research to see what best fits for your preference. This unit powers on and the platter spins as it should but no further testing could be performed and since we weren't able to fully test this unit and since it's vintage, we are selling it as is as found.
