Hard to find Mitsubishi LT-30 Linear Tracking Turntable in excellent cosmetic condition, except for dustcover.
Sold as-is, for parts and repair,
hopefully someone with skills can get this beauty working again. I have no skills and no time to do it.
please note there could be more repairs needed than I am aware of with my limited testing, buyer agrees to this by bidding.
It powers on, prism light works, display panel lights work, platter spins, can change speed with control panel, quartz lock light comes on. Tonearm will not move with buttons so probably needs a set of belts. Tonearm up-down control doesn't seem to work so that will need repair. Does have a headshell included, but no cartridge. Veneer and body is in great shape, no chips that I could see. Has all four feet. Dustcover is included, has scratches and a crack near left hinge, plus a small missing piece. Cables seem to be in good shape, the ground wire is just a bare wire on the end but this works ok as I have other turntables that have just a bare wire.
Service manual also included.
Will be safely packed with platter underneath body and dust cover removed. This is a beast, both big and heavy, so shipping box will be large.
