M1 Garand stock USGI, HRA, Overton

Description

Up for sale is an original USGI M1 Garand stock. This stock does not have any cartouches present to firmly indicate manufacture. However it appears to possibly be an Overton manufactured stock from the post war period. It has a larger back porch area than what I have seen with wartime SAs. This stock has a repaired crack by the clip latch area. This appears to be an arsenal repair and seems to be solid. I would feel comfortable shooting it. There could be smaller cracks that I do not see.  Stock has bumps, dings, and scratches from use. Made of walnut. Please take a look at the photos as this stock is sold as is.
