This listing is for a
Korean War United Nations Surrender Leaflet.
The Leaflet, dropped by the Allied Nations under UN Command, targeted the surrender of Chinese Communist Troops.  You see panicked Chinese Communist Troops who are breaking and running in the face of an all out United Nations Offensive.  The reverse has writing in Chinese characters.  The leaflet is numbered so that US Army Intelligence can cross index the translation on the back.  It features the UN Seal.  It was not dropped but saved as a souvenir.   The Surrender Leaflet is at least 68 years old and in fair condition.
