It Powers Up and the Tonearm Moves Properly to Play a Record. It seems to Spin at the Proper Speeds for Both 33s and 45s. The Lights Work. All the Buttons including the Cueing Up and Down Work. This Turntable does not have a Needle, so I could not Test the Sound. Does not include a dust cover. The Previous Owner told me it worked properly.
