Invertor is necessary for the Good Quality CNC. The machine without Inventor has been proved  that it will have a lot of trouble after 3 month using.

Some other using the simple TB6560 chip to DIY the driver, the max current and voltage is 3A/24V, the max micro-step is only 16 step.

If your machine needs warranty service (within the warranty term),
you will be required to pay for shipping in both directions.
In many cases, we can minimize the shipping cost by offering parts replacement options. If you need a replacement machine or part sent in advance, you will be required to pay a deposit for the part and you will have 30 days to return the original part or product in new condition. To send back a machine, we require that you send it in the original packaging, so please keep all packaging materials (in good condition) for the duration of the warranty period. If the part or product is damaged in transit to us, we will be unable to fix it and you will be required to pay for shipping the damaged item back to you.
Dead on Arrival
All our items(unless specified) are assured to be brand new and carried with fully at least 12 months Warranty.
All machines are tested before shipping, but problems in transit (shaking,vibration and so on) could result in DOA, though the probability is very small. For DOA products, please be cooperative to take photos on the damage and send to us for verifying. For confirmed tiny product faulty,on your approval,we can send you replacement parts,mostly they are free,but for those expensive parts(for example power supply), you can just return the damaged parts for swapping good ones.
