Dual 1019 Turntable working

This is the Dual 1019 turntable I know nothing about turntables so If you need more pictures or have questions just message me.
First off I cleaned it up a little getting the dust off of it I checked out the motor before plugging it in. The turntable powers on and seems to change the speeds from 16,33.45,78 Also the compensating dial works speeding it up a little or slowing it down I do not have any way of telling me if it is turning at 45 or 33 I'm just watching the platter changing speeds as I switch it. If you put it on auto the arm does go back and forth as if there was a record in it The back side of the tone arm has the weights there but I'm not sure how that works. The cartridge looks to be original Not having an amp I can not tell if it is any good. The platter has a couple of dings in it  and a couple of scratches I'm not sure if it is aluminum and can be taken off and tap out the dents or polish out the scratches.  What you see in the pictures are what you are going to get There is no base or cabinet just the turntable It is on the heavy side If you are the winning bidder and you want to pick it up that can be arranged As soon as you are notified you are the winner, instead of paying right away just message me and we can make arrangements for pick up other wise I will try to get the least expensive shipping possible for you.
