  • Condition: I acquired this shirt from a local picker. So looks like the original owner was a senior Army NCO. It looks like that fellow had this shirt, from when he was in the Occupation of Japan. So I guess he kept the shirt, and one day decided to add the items that were missing. So when I got the shirt the NCO stripes and the second Infantry patch was sewn. The other two patches on the left sleeve were pinned in place, I guess ready to go have them sewn on. I think it likely that the fellow never did finish the project----just a project started, never completed---or he just ran out of time. So I had those Airborne patches sewn on. The other thing----that all of the metal pins and ribbons were just attached to the uniform---randomly----in improper places. So I put everything back on, as best I could. I do not know the name of the original owner. Now the bad news---when the shirt was laundered the the the fancy silk the covered top of shoulders, plus Mfg tag--was torn up. See photo.

Important Note: If you live in an apartment make sure to take measures where your packages are not just left outside
your door where any passerby could take them. Perhaps you can put up a note on the outside of the door, asking USPS
to knock on the door, and if no answer, to NOT leave the package but DO leave a card telling  a delivery was attempted
and that it can be picked up the package at the USPS.  Once there is a record that the package has been delivered---
it is out of my hands and I have fulfilled my obligation as to Ebay rules. I always ship using an ebay label and there is a
tracking number that you will have access to, so you can always see when the package is being delivered.
Am going to be 78 soon (hopefully) and my eyesight is not the best. Sorry I can not give any more info. And certainly can't
give measurements. Be sure to read the caption on the last photo.
