    Description

    1970s Panasonic PL-550 Direct Drive Quartz Controlled Turntable.
    - Used but excellent: runs perfectly. A very high quality unit that I have owned since new and have carefully brought it with me through several Marine Corps postings all of these years.
    - Has all of the original tone arm  controls/weights plus the original 45 RPM adapter.
    - Includes a somewhat low-priced but good stylus by Audio Technica - not sure which model
    - As might be expected, the vinyl veneer is scratched in places and some edges are separating and the clear cover has some light scratches and a 1.5 inch crack near one hinge.
    - These are highly prized by audio afficionados for their precision and superb sound:
